Long Island Process Servers

Process servers are individuals who deliver writs, warrants, subpoenas, and similar legal documents. They are often employed to alert defendants that they are the subject of a lawsuit or other legal dispute, or to bring legal documents before a court or administrative body. Many documents must be delivered to the defendant directly, thus necessitating the use of a process server to do so.
